In order to qualify for a return, you must have completed the Product Registration form (see below), or have the original or a copy of the purchase receipt including the date of purchase.

A Return Authorization Number is required for any returns. Please contact our customer care team to obtain an RA number. Vests received without an RA number will not be eligible for replacement.
